Product Variation

All our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however due the handmade nature of our products, slight variation is to be expected. Our handcrafted stamps may have slight imperfections, grain and knots in the wood due to the natural elements of wood. All our loose parts are measured as accurately as possible, however each piece is beautifully unique and will vary in colour and size.

Potion Care Instructions

We recommend our kits for ages 3+ and parental supervision is advised. The product ingredients in our potion sets are completely non toxic, however they should not be consumed. Some of our potions contain colourings that may stain or leave a barrier, so we recommend protecting play surfaces before you open your potions. You can extend the use of our liquid potions by adding more water to the original potion mix. When you've created your potion, you can bottle it up and keep it to reuse, you can freeze it and use again in other sensory play. The ingredients in our potion kits are non toxic so they can be disposed of in the garden safely. The drawstring bags and bottles are able to be washed to be re-used and recycled for future play or storage. 

Dough Care Instructions

Our Dough is made from food-grade ingredients but while our dough is taste safe, it should not be consumed. Once you have finished with play, keep the dough stored in the jar with the lid sealed tight. Dough gets better with use so the more you play, the softer it will be! Dough should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place-in your pantry or cupboard is an ideal place. If your Dough is accidentally left out of the jar or starts to dry/harden, just add some cooking oil and knead it back to life. Once you've finished with your dough, it can be composted and the jar can be re-used or recycled. The jars are great for storing loose parts!

Stamp Care Instructions

After each play, gently wipe clean your stamps with a damp cloth or brush. To prevent damage, make sure all dough is removed before it dries. To prolong the life of the stamps, we recommend re-oiling stamps with a wood safe oil every 3-6 months. However due to the nature of wood, our products are susceptible to changes in temperature and humidity, and may crack or change over time. Do not submerge stamps in water and leave for long periods of time but if they do get wet, we recommend leaving to air dry out of direct sunlight.

Sustainability

We care deeply for the environment so we've ensured all our products are non-toxic and eco-friendly, using ingredients found in the pantry and in nature. All our glitter is either natural or eco-friendly (biodegradable) glitter. Our packaging is made of recyclable and compostable materials where possible and all our potions and dough can be safely disposed of in the garden. We use PET plastic bottles, which can be recycled however we hope that you will re-use them in your own potion play or storage at home. Our drawstring bags can be washed and re-used, they are perfect for storing loose parts or for collecting nature pieces.

Refund Policy

Kindly note we do not provide change of mind exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or your order is incorrect upon receipt, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods, therefore we recommend checking the contents of your order as soon as possible.
